On Sat March 23, 2019, Tamkang University alumni returned to their alma mater to celebrate homecoming, a spring ritual filled with fun activities and entertainment. The day's activities started at 9am in the Shao-Mo Memorial Gymnasium with a melee of group games, in which pairs had to carry and shoot balloons into basketball hoops using only their heads, walk while balancing a basketball between their backs, and other such games.

At 10am, participants took a tour of the newly-built Hsu Shou-Chlien International Conference Hall, Tamsui Campus, and watched a video introduction that described how the structure was built and the various activities and events it has hosted since the completion of construction.

This was followed by a lunch gathering in the Student Activity Center with all of the participants as well as high level TKU faculty, such as the President of Tamkang University, Dr. Huan-Chao Keh, who hosted the event, and the TKU Chairperson, Dr. Flora Chia-I Chang. During the day's events, awards were given out to alumni who had contributed significantly to the University, donated money, or made substantial contributions to the broader community.
