New All Pass Deals at Tamkang University Food Court

After entering into the new year, students brace themselves for the upcoming final exams. Normally during final exams universities offer an “all pass,” handing out candy and treats for students to help their studies go more smoothly. It represents good luck and prosperity for the exhausting effort that students must put forth. Here at Tamkang University, the food court will be offering an “all pass” to keep the students brains moving in a positive direction.

Ying-hsiu Lai, from the Office of General Affairs, stated, “A lot of creativity has been put into this special event. All of the different meals including the dumplings and meatballs use a play on words that makes the discounts rather humorous. This will give students support and serve as a reminder to unwind while they are dining.”

Wen-zhi Wu and Pei-yu Xu, from the Master’s Chinese Language Program, stated that they loved to eat the beef rolls that represent high tests scores. “ Wen-zhi Wu stated, “I want to make sure I eat enough of these to raise my grade.” The food court manager said that the most popular dish was the sweet rice porridge. He remarked “Our sweet rice porridge has a cute new look that caused it to sell out yesterday at 12:10.” The environmentally friendly price also takes effect for meals that are over 45 NT. If you bring your eating utensils you can save 7 to 8 NT. If you eat in the food court you can save 2 NT.
