We had to overcome many different difficulties in order to make our team mesh together properly. For example, we have students on our team with very different schedules because they are not in the same grade so we had to make lots of different adjustments.” In order to prepare for the competition the team members explained they had to practice daily for the competition in the internet cafe. They continued to sharpen their communication and teamwork skills for months and even under the pressure of mid-term examinations and finals, they had to make sure their team was in shape for the competition.
